Ashley and Steve

Ashley and Steve were made for each other and it is apparent in these photos.  Many are black and white simply for the fact that the color couldn't hold the emotion that illuminated the photographs.  I hope that never changes for them as I'm sure it won't.

Anna Stonica

This had to be one of the most fun bridal shoots I've had.  Anna was accompanied by her mother, mother in law and aunt to help out with her beautiful, yet very long, veil.  The result of the couple of hours spent at Turnip Seed in Fayetteville was nothing short of breath taking.  Thank you so much for the laughs and the photo opportunities.

Etain Bridal Boutique

I absolutely LOVE shooting for Etain Bridal Boutique.  I get to play with beautiful and unique dresses and have a blast with Penny and Nicole (the owners).  We always seem to come up with creative, new ideas to showcase their dresses.  This shoot was no exception.  If you are in the market for a Bridal Gown (or bridesmaid, mother of the bride & Flower girl gown) I HIGHLY recommend them. Christina and LaGarrett

I know it's been a while, but I plan on catching up with posting in the next couple of days. . .Starting with Christina and LaGarrett.  I had the pleasure of photographing this couple last month.  They were fantastic!  Here are a couple of highlights from their special day.  Best of luck to you both!

Save the Date!

Save the date cards are becoming more and more popular.  It's a fun, less formal way to inform friends and family of your wedding.  It's also one more way to use your engagement photos.  I absolutely love save the date cards and have started offering them.  Above is a sample card that I have made.
Amanda and Bobby, however, love the idea of save the dates so much that they wanted a specific shoot just for that card.  Aside from security (and possibly the police. . .we didn't stick around to find out) kicking us out of our first location, we had a great time.  Their idea for a save the date was a post card setting, therefore I had to leave space in every photo for potential writing.  As for the couple themselves, they compliment each other so well, it really shows in the photos.  They were a blast.  I can't wait for their engagement photos as well as their wedding in October.

Introducing Chelsea and Chris Navo!

Well, the first wedding of the year came and went with out a hitch.  I had a great time spending the day with Chelsea and Chris.  Chelsea had helped me out with understanding her style of photography by starting a blog and posting any and all photos that she liked explaining why she liked them beneath each one.  I loved it!  By the time her wedding day got here, I felt completely comfortable with what she liked and disliked.  I would recommend this to every bride-to-be.  Thanks again, Chelsea and Chris, for letting me be a part of your special day!  Best of luck to you both!

Langerado

My boyfriend and I love music and new places, so when our friend asked us if we wanted to come with him to camp out in the everglades of Florida for 5 days and see all sorts of bands, it took us five minutes to decide.  We had a blast. . .other than fire ants, rain, a tornado and one night getting near 32 degrees.  The music was lively, the company tons of fun and the photo opportunities were endless.   Even though I only took my little point and shoot, (I wasn't going to chance camping in the middle of nowhere with my regular equipment) I was able to capture the images that would remind me of our trip.  Enjoy.
